Who We Are

Kayan City New Capital: Our Flagship Development

Kayan City is our flagship development and one of Egypt's largest integrated cities. It spans 84 km² between New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital and is planned for 250,000 residents: a fully planned urban community bringing together living, business, education, healthcare, retail, sports, entertainment and public services, with an 80-acre Central Park at its heart.

Evora is our apartment community in Kayan City: 647 feddans organised across three connected districts, Evora North, Evora Greens and Evora South. Villana is our villa community.

How We Publish Information on This Website

Every area, distance, facility and apartment size on this website comes from our official Kayan City brochure.
The photographs, the master plan and the floor plans are taken from the same brochure.
We do not publish prices on the website: our sales team gives current prices and availability on request.
On payment, we offer multiple payment plans, starting from a 10% down payment.
